Appearance[]
Volts is a white Namulian with a blue and white tail. He wears red vizors with similar colored moth wings. Volts wears gauntlets that can shoot blades as his weapon. He has a white head growth that also has blue accents and a piercing. He wears a black tank top, beige shorts, and a yellow neckpiece.
Personality[]
While Volts may come off as stoic at first, he is quick to show his caring and joking side when you get to know him. He can be rather chatty, as shown when talking to Topaz. He likes to crack jokes, and jokingly comments on other's habits and makes puns commonly. Despite his age, he does seem to be a little immature. Volts has gone through some trauma revealed in The Mind Electric, where he seemingly gets prosecuted for being mentally ill. It is implied in both the latter and The Moss that he abuses alcohol to deal with his trauma.
Background[]
Volt's background is currently readily unknown, but a lot was revealed in The Mind Electric. He appears to have been prosecuted and punished for having ADHD. Somehow, he managed to escape, but with some mental trauma. Somewhere along the line, he became a cop and eventually became chief. When he met Candy is unknown, but Candy brought Suroh into his life, to which he adopted her as her own. Sometime down the road after he befriended Kris, he visited Candy's diner and ordered a sandwich, and conversed with the others at the table. During that discussion, it came out that Topaz was a two-death and Volts demanded that Topaz come outside so he could end his life. Suroh, horrified for Topaz's safety, takes the hit from Volts' blade and dies. He is immediately struck with horror, and likely grief and regret. Topaz vows to kill him for causing Suroh's death.
